MBSR Rentals, LLC is partnering with BOOM for application processing. Additionally, we utilize this to conduct rent reporting to help both you as the renter and us as the landlord. Currently this is a add on service for all of our renters that is not optional. This is billed at a rate of $5.75 a month.

This software is a part of our company for both new and current tenants. This is not a optional service regardless if there is pets in the home or not. This assure we are aware of all of the additonal 4 leged friends that occupy the unit for everyones safety.
